What to wear for New Year? Help!

I have left it for the last minute: we need to leave in 3.5 hours - but I cannot decide what to wear for New Year Eve party!
I did not want to buy anything new for these holidays even though y wardrobe is sorely lacking the sparkle. I also decided to wear a skirt or a dress - just for a change!:-)
The party is very informal in the friends' house. I can wear what I want and I want something festive and special for a special day.
I plan to use my b/w striped clutch, earrings or pearls. For shoes I have silver pumps with studded heels, red patent pumps with gold buckles and chunky heels or pointy toe bone opalescent  pumps with silver snake skin accents. 
I shopped my closet and here is what I came up with:
#1 Colorblock white/black dress and tux jacket. 
#2 a la French: leather jacket as top with flared midi skirt
#3 The same skirt with silver striped top and leather jacket
#4  The same midi skirt again with white BB shirt. I replaced teh earrings with chunky pearls here. 

Any preference? I would also appreciate your opinions which shoes you prefer with that outfit.

    Number 4! I like the shirt skirt combo and it looks festive but not too dressy for a house party. Plus I am a sucker for a sharp tailored shirt. Happy new year!

    You cannot go wrong with any of these Sveta:). But I have a strong preference for #1. The black and white is just stunning. HNY:). We have already welcomed the New Year and are making a slow start to the first day of 2014 (staying with friends) after a rather late night xx

    Number 2 or #4 are my favs. I absolutely adore #2, it is dramatic and beautiful.

    I don't recall seeing the pieces in #1 before, so that gets my vote for the chic factor.

    I like them all, but #4 has my vote! Runner-up is #1, but it seems more like something you could wear to any elegant evening event, while #4 really has a fun New Year's vibe.

    Whichever you choose, those earrings say "holiday festivity" all over!
    Does one of your four gorgeous choices feel like it fits better with your friends and the plans for the evening?

    I vote #2. I think the leather jacket gives it the "wild, young and crazy, and who knows where this night will end" edge that you need for a New Years Eve party! The others are lovely, but read more like "I'm going to bed once midnight comes around".

    Hi  number 2 for me - I love, love the jacket and the skirt is so fun and festive. Number 4 would be my second pick. I think you look great in all of them, but I feel as though  numbers 1 and 3 lack a "sparkle". Hope that's helpful - have a great night in whatever you decide!

    Way to late to matter, but I LOVE all of these outfits! I would have voted for #2 -- absolute fave -- perhaps with the shoes from #4. You look show-stopping in every one, though. Keep all of these pics on hand for your next four nights out!
